1. General Information:

By placing an order on Achchari, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. we reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

2. Placing Orders: 
We prioritize your privacy and security. Our website uses data encryption to protect your personal information, and we will never share it with third parties under any circumstances.
Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. An email address is required for every order; if one is not provided or if the email address is incorrect, We are not liable for any communication issues (such as refunds, returns, or exchanges).
The binding agreement between you, the customer, and Achchari begins when the confirmation email is sent.

3. Cancellations:
Customers may cancel their orders within 2 hours of placement. If the cancellation request is received after 2 hours, it will be void.

4. Safety:
All products on Achchari are tailored for the Indian market (as of now) and fully comply with environmental requirements and safety regulations.

5. Agreement:
As mentioned earlier, the agreement between the customer and Achchari takes effect once the order confirmation email is sent.
Achchari responsibility is to ensure the customer receives the ordered product in new condition. The customer’s responsibility is to provide a complete and accurate shipping address to facilitate delivery.

6. Address & Delivery:
Achchari is responsible for delivering the product(s) to the address provided at the time of order placement.

If an incorrect address was provided, the customer should immediately contact 8660669834 or achchari.sarees24@gmail.com with the order number and the correct address.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:
Exchange is accepted only if the customer receives an incorrect size or product, or if the product was damaged upon receipt. In such cases, Achchari will cover the exchange shipping costs once the item has been received by one of our agents.
No Refund or return is available, only exchange is provided.
Customer can exchange the product within 3 days once he/she receives the product.
This agreement is void if the product is damaged during transportation.

Achchari does not accept exchanges. If you received exactly what you ordered but would like a different size, color, or design, you will need to place a new order.

8. Changes & Amendments:
Achchari reserves the right to make changes to its website without prior notice to existing customers. This includes, changes in prices, products, discounts, and promotions.
